Service Description
Our Ultimate Party is designed to make celebrating as easy as possible! Enjoy 2 full hours of private Studio use for up to 12 children, while we take care of the party details for you. Your party room will be set up and ready with coordinated table coverings, plates, napkins, silverware, a custom birthday chalkboard sign, and a special coloring station for your guests. Simply arrive 10 minutes early to bring in your food and cake, get settled, and enjoy the celebration. Our team provides party support throughout your event, and with full setup and cleanup handled by us, you can spend less time worrying about the details and more time celebrating! $295 | 2 Hours | Up to 12 Playing Children
Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to help you celebrate at The Sensory Studio! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our party booking policies: 🔹 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your party, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 🔹 Time Extension Fee: Your party reservation includes a set time frame. If your party exceeds the reserved time, an additional fee of $25 will be charged per 10-minute increment. Please be mindful of your scheduled end time to avoid extra charges. 🔹 Destruction Fee: We strive to keep The Sensory Studio a safe and welcoming space for all guests. If there is purposeful destruction of Studio equipment or materials, a damage fee will be assessed based on the cost of repairs or replacements.
