Friends + Family Playdates give your small group private access to The Sensory Studio, making it easy to meet up with friends, cousins, grandparents, or another family. More room to play, time to connect, and no crowds — just your crew and the Studio!
Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to help you celebrate at The Sensory Studio! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our party booking policies: 🔹 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your party, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 🔹 Time Extension Fee: Your party reservation includes a set time frame. If your party exceeds the reserved time, an additional fee of $25 will be charged per 10-minute increment. Please be mindful of your scheduled end time to avoid extra charges. 🔹 Destruction Fee: We strive to keep The Sensory Studio a safe and welcoming space for all guests. If there is purposeful destruction of Studio equipment or materials, a damage fee will be assessed based on the cost of repairs or replacements. By booking a party with us, you agree to these policies. Thank you for respecting our space, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
